Growing up as a competitive cross-country skier, Viktoria spent countless weekends traveling across Finland for races. During these demanding days, she quickly realized that healthy snack options were few and far between. Even as a teenager, Viktoria took it upon herself to create nutritious post-race snacks, which she entrusted her mother to ensure were ready after each competition. At home, the kitchen became Viktoria’s lab for experimenting with new snack recipes, complementing her mother’s tradition of baking Finnish cakes and bread.
For Viktoria, the kitchen was more than just a place to prepare food—it was a space for family connection. Together, they spent hours preparing the bounty from their garden and forest expeditions, especially during the autumn harvest. Their commitment to clean eating—featuring oat porridge, homemade bread, and locally sourced produce—instilled in Viktoria the importance of knowing where food comes from and the value of maintaining high standards. A Trailblazing Odyssey
After completing her studies in marketing and business, Viktoria embarked on a career that led her from sales to brand development. She spent over a decade at Fresh, a wholesaler of fruits, vegetables, and salads, where she played a crucial role in growing the company from 60 to more than 500 employees. Though not an owner, Viktoria’s influence was key in launching new products and expanding the brand across Finland.
In 2016, with three young children at home, Viktoria made a significant career shift, founding Seger Marketing in her small village. What began as a one-woman operation eventually grew to a thriving team of 13. After five years, she sold the company to a large media firm and took a brief break before launching her next ventures—V Forsberg Consulting and Lissn Consulting. During this time, Viktoria also started experimenting with snack development, driven by her own need for nutritious, convenient options in her busy life.

Looking ahead, Viktoria is considering fundraising and seeking investors who share her vision for the fullsnack category.
